How UD Audit Trail differs from SharePoint and DocuSign audit logs

Platform audit logs live inside the platform — deletable by admins, unavailable if you leave the service. UD Audit Trail extracts provenance into a tamper-evident record you own.

SharePoint / OneDrive version history

Audit logs are stored in the platform. A SharePoint admin can delete or purge them. If your organisation migrates off SharePoint, the audit history doesn't follow. You don't own the log.

DocuSign audit certificate

DocuSign appends an audit certificate PDF to signed documents — but only for signature events. Document creation, translation, classification, and access events aren't captured.
